Sweat! It’s good for you.
Your skin loves to sweat. That’s how it cleanses, detoxifies, and stays younger-looking 
longer. After a good run, walk, gym routine, yard work, sports challenge, or romp with kids in the backyard, your skin feels cleansed on the inside, but dirty on the outside. That’s a good thing. Now, don’t mess it up by washing off the dirt and covering your skin with cheap products that contain toxins.

Eating Healthy?
Soooo…you work really hard at eating healthy, and trust me, that’s not easy with all the junk that get’s push on you in the media and the grocery stores. If you’re going to work that hard to eat healthy, why would you then put unhealthy cheap products on your skin…the largest organ on your body and the one thing that protects everything else? Doesn’t make sense, but people do it all the time. I mean, why work hard to put healthy stuff IN your body, then put unhealthy stuff ON your body?
Most store-bought skincare products contain known toxins, such as mineral oil, SLS, MIT, parabens, and essential oils treated with chemical processing. Even everyday items, like shampoo, soap, hand lotion, and more could be toxifying your body and defeating the purpose of eating healthy. You skin absorbs an average of 60% of everything that goes on it! What gets absorbed needs to be processed and eliminated somehow, adding stress to your liver and kidneys, etc.

Dead Hair? Frizzies?
Our daughter, Megan, is in 4th grade and a real hugger. She hugs all her friends all day. It’s very sweet and we are glad she has that type of relationship, except for the part where her friends like to share their head lice. (I’m scratching my head right now just thinking about it.) Unfortunately, these critters go around grade schools like air.
Megan’s hair was treated with the usual harsh stuff to kill ’em good and it destroyed her hair. That’s to be expected with these products. Yes, we washed all of her bedding, blankets, etc. After 6 kids, we are professionals.

Below is a terrific story about a family hit by hard times who are now millionaires. I know them personally and they are wonderful people who work very hard and practice servant leadership. Success couldn’t have happened to nicer people. The good news is it can also happen to you.
What is SLS?
SLS?
It’s a posh resort and casino in Vegas. It’s NASA’s Space Launch System. And, its Sodium laureth sulfate, an accepted contraction of sodium lauryl ether sulfate, is an anionic detergent and surfactant found in many personal care products. SLES is an inexpensive and very effective foaming agent.
SLS is present in most body washes, soaps, shampoos, toothpastes and laundry detergent. According to Mercola.com, although SLS is derived from coconuts, it is contaminated with a toxic byproduct during the manufacturing process.
According to the Environmental Working Group’s Skin Deep Cosmetic Safety Database, SLS is a “moderate hazard” that has been linked to cancer, neurotoxicity, organ toxicity, skin irritation and endocrine disruption.
The Cosmetic Ingredient Review reports that SLS, SLES and ALS are irritants at concentrations of 2 percent or greater, and recommends that cosmetic products should not contain concentrations greater than 1 percent. Undiluted SLS can cause skin and eye irritation, as well as nausea, vomiting and diarrhea if ingested, according to the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health.
Check the ingredients for all products you use on your skin and hair. If they contain SLS, call me. Seacret’s products are all SLS-free, paraben-free, and not tested on animals.

Seacret’s Acne Regimen Demystified
Since publishing my post on Seacret v Proactiv+ I have had so many people ask me questions about how to use the Seacret Acne Regimen that I designed a flyer to help explain it. My feeling is that Seacret thought it was so easy and obvious that HQ didn’t feel it needed to be explained.
